One architectural drawing entitled "Front Elevation." The drawing consists of black ink on linen and shows a wall cross-section detail and front elevation view of a proposed 3-story, 6-family apartment building. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of seven sheets that were prepared by "S. C. Falkinburg, Architect." The plan shows an elegant building front that has six columns and two balconies. Some green and yellow pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details. The location of the building is not indicated.
