One architectural drawing entitled "16 Family Apt. for Mr. E. M. Coleman at the S.E. Corner of Canfield and Helen Aves., Detroit, Mich." The drawing (Job 269) consists of black ink on linen and shows front, side, and rear elevation views of a proposed 2-story apartment building that was designed for "Mr. E. M. Coleman." The name, "Robert Manor," is shown on the Helen Avenue side of the proposed building. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of five sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect, Detroit, Michigan." Some blue, green and yellow pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details.
