One Deed, number D289435, issued to Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company by the State Land Office Board. The form is printed in black text on white paper that is watermarked "Gilbert Resource Bond." Blank sections have been completed in black typewritten text and the subject land was described as "Sugar Island, P.C. [Private Claim] 53." The deed was signed and sealed by two members of the State Land Office Board, two witnesses, and a notary public, and was dated September 22, 1948. The verso has black printed text that reads "Deed" and includes a signature area for the Wayne County Register of Deeds Office. Their office recorded the deed in Liber 9488, Page 626 on September 29, 1948.
