Speakeasy membership card for The 5 O'Clock Club, at 5725 Cass Avenue. The card is printed in black and yellow on white. The club's name is printed around a logo composed of a tall yellow rectangle, containing the number 5, with a black square touching its bottom left corner, and a long black rectangle touching its bottom right corner. The card advertises "free lunch every noon," and "evening 75¢ dinner." The phone number is listed as Trinity 2-9156. "Lo 2034," is handwritten on the verso in pencil.
