Speakeasy membership card for The Par Four Club, at 7502 Woodward Avenue, with its entrance at 11 Custer Avenue. The card is printed in black on pink. The card advertises "steaks and chops," beneath the club's name. "Phone," is printed at the upper left, although no number is provided. "Members Only," is printed in the upper right corner. "Formerly of 227 W. Larned Dr. Free Lunch. 2 Blocks North of Blvd." is written on the verso in smudged blue marker.
