Invest in Downtown Detroit's New Building Boom

One brochure (and two copies) from Seldon Company Realtors which advertises "Invest in Downtown Detroit's New Building Boom." The bi-fold brochure is printed in multi-color ink on white paper. It shows a black and white photographic image on the front that depicts a nighttime image of the former Station A of the Edison Illuminating Company, a 4-story commercial/office building that was for sale at the southeast corner of Washington Boulevard and State Street in downtown Detroit. The interior pages show a location map which also shows the proximity of various notable downtown buildings and gives realtor contact information. A black and white photographic image of the subject building in daytime is shown on the back page.
