Christmas in Many Lands

Staple-bound booklet published by the J.L. Hudson Company containing descriptions of the fourteen scenes of Christmas celebrations by different cultures and in different time periods which were displayed in the Woodward Avenue windows of the company's department store. The scenes include "Switzerland;" "Brazil;" "Germany;" "America, about 1890;" "English, 15th Century;" "Mexico;" "America, Today;" "Italy;" "America, about 1840;" "Poland;" "Sweden;" "Holland;" "France;" and "French Canadian." A note on the cover states that the displays will be up "from December 14 until after Christmas."
