Blueprint
Portable Catamaran
One blueprint drawing of a "Portable Catamaran." The drawing (sheet 1 of 1) shows plan, profile, end views, and details of small catamaran that could be used as a survey work boat. The catamaran consisted of two semicircular steel pontoons with a flat wood deck. The vessel length was 24 feet and the width was 20 feet. A title block in the lower right corner of the sheet shows that the drawing was prepared by "W. H. McLean" of the "U. S. Lake Survey Office - Detroit, Mich.," and was dated February 7, 1946.
