Although many part numbers are shown across the drawing, there does not appear to be an indication of the engine model or type (V8, V12, marine, or automotive). The title block in the lower right corner of the sheet shows that the plan was prepared by the "Packard Motor Car Company, Detroit, Michigan," and includes six approval dates from February 1, 1917, to March 1, 1917. A revision box in the upper right corner shows a most recent revision date of September 10, 1917.
