One blueprint drawing entitled "Hupp Motor Car Corporation, Detroit, Michigan - Plant Layout." The drawing (sheet 1 of 1) shows a view of the assembly line layout in the plant. Various machines on the floor are labeled and numbered and the assembly line work flow direction is indicated with arrows. A symbol legend is shown on the lower right side of the plan sheet. A title block in the lower right corner indicates that the drawing was prepared at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot and was dated July 2, 1946. Plan changes were marked "A" through "F" in July and August of 1946. Other title block information shows that the plant was producing "Willys Overland" cylinder blocks, intake and exhaust manifolds, bearing caps, and water outlet elbows.
