Blueprint

Helen McLeod II

Two blueprint drawings entitled, "Helen McLeod II." The drawings (sheets 1 and 2) show port side profile views, a main deck plan view, hull lines, and various details of the two-masted schooner. A note in the title block on sheet 1 shows "from lines taken off actual vessel June 3, 1955, at Detroit Historical Museum by Loudon G. Wilson." A note in the title block on sheet 2 indicates that the vessel was "Built in Bayfield, Ontario, 1929-1930." The drawings were done at a scale of 1/2 inch = 1 foot by Loudon G. Wilson and James B. Jones of the Great Lakes Model Shipbuilders Guild.
