A memorial passage for Walter Ruther printed on the letterhead of the United Auto Workers Staff Council of International Representatives, on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of his death. The abbreviation ST, presumably for Shelton Tappes, who is listed in the footer as the Secretary-Treasurer, ends the document. The Members of the Staff Council General Board are listed on the verso.
