Celebration in honor of veteran's day

Join us at the Detroit Historical Museum for a day of reflection and community as we honor those who have served. The program features the Posting and Retiring of the Colors by Western International High School Cadets, a Veterans Day presentation led by museum educators and Detroit students, and a Veterans Oral History Workshop in partnership with the Reserve Officers Association of Michigan. Veterans receive free admission and parking and are encouraged to bring personal items—such as photos, medals, or uniforms—to share their stories with students and guests.
